Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to the TextEasy AI website and early-access customer communication platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use TextEasy for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. Accounts and early access

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. TextEasy is currently an early-access service. Features, limits, pricing, and availability may change as the platform develops.

3. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the contacts, content, instructions, and business information placed into your workspace. You must maintain an accurate privacy policy, honor consumer requests, secure valid consent, and comply with all laws and carrier rules applicable to your messages, including the TCPA, state telemarketing laws, CTIA guidance, and Twilio policies where applicable.

You may not use TextEasy for purchased or scraped lists, unlawful cold outreach, deceptive messages, harassment, fraud, malware, prohibited products, or content that violates another person's rights. You must promptly honor STOP and other opt-out requests.

4. AI-assisted drafts

AI features provide drafts and suggestions, not professional advice or guaranteed facts. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy, tone, claims, pricing, availability, and legal compliance before sending any AI-assisted content. TextEasy may require human approval and may block automated sending where safety or activation requirements have not been met.

5. Messaging activation

Payment alone does not guarantee messaging activation. Business verification, carrier registration, number provisioning, consent review, testing, and provider approval may be required. TextEasy may delay, limit, or suspend sending to protect recipients, providers, the platform, or the customer.

6. Fees

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Usage charges, carrier fees, taxes, number costs, onboarding work, or third-party costs may apply when clearly disclosed. Except where required by law, fees already incurred are non-refundable.

7. Service availability

We work to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, message delivery, carrier acceptance, specific response rates, revenue, or business results. Third-party providers and telecommunications networks may delay, filter, reject, or reroute communications.

8. Ownership

You retain ownership of your customer data and original content. You grant TextEasy the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, secure, and support that information. TextEasy retains ownership of the platform, software, design, documentation, and related intellectual property.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, legal or carrier risk, abuse, security threats, policy violations, or conduct that could harm recipients or the platform. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

10. Disclaimers and limitation

The early-access service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. TextEasy disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextEasy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

11. Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms as the platform develops. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Questions may be sent to hello@texteasyai.com.
