Messaging compliance
SMS Messaging Terms
Effective July 21, 2026 · Early-access draft
1. Program description
TextEasy AI provides technology that allows participating businesses to send and receive customer service, appointment, account, follow-up, and marketing text messages. The identity of the sending business and the purpose of its program should be disclosed when a recipient opts in and in the messages where required.
2. Consent
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. A business using TextEasy must obtain and retain consent that is appropriate for the message type before sending. Consent applies only to the specific business and program disclosed at opt-in and may not be transferred to unrelated parties.
3. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies by the business, program, and recipient activity. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Opting out
Recipients may reply STOP to stop messages from the applicable sender. A confirmation message may be sent after the opt-out request. After opting out, the recipient should not receive additional program messages unless they provide new consent. Other commonly recognized opt-out words may also be honored.
5. Help
Recipients may reply HELP for assistance where supported, contact the business identified in the message, or email TextEasy at hello@texteasyai.com for platform-related questions.
6. Privacy
Mobile information and opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Business-user requirements
Businesses using TextEasy must identify themselves accurately, use registered sending numbers where required, avoid prohibited content, respect quiet hours, maintain consent evidence, monitor replies, and comply with applicable law and telecommunications-provider policies. TextEasy may block or suspend messaging that creates legal, carrier, security, or recipient-safety risk.
8. Contact
Questions about a particular promotion or customer relationship should be directed to the business identified as the sender. Questions about the TextEasy platform may be sent to hello@texteasyai.com.
